My flooring guy suggested I order 20% extra for waste; I have a ton of waste left over.
Installation for the typical pattern is $2 per ft; this herringbone pattern was $1 more per ft. for a total of $3ft.

If I recall correctly, it was roughly 30 days to manufacture and 30-45 days to be at our door.
We had Lorraine send us a LOT of samples before we chose one, you can specify the width and length.
Ours were 150mm = 5.9 inches wide.
I had a nice exchange with Lorraine yesterday, she has a series of PDF catalogues that has greater selection than on the website. I ordered nearly 30 samples, paid 200usd to send to me in Canada. She couldn't have been more friendly.

Artem, I think I'm getting a very high installation quote here in Nashville, TN. $42,000 to pull up the old floors and install the new ones on 4200 square feet. Do you think your installation guy would talk to me about how to find a competent installer who isn't going to rip me off? I'd be happy to pay him for his time.
Also, can you send me your product sheet for what you the flooring you ordered that shows all specs and finish? I just emailed Lorraine and I'm trying to get the exact same product.
